The Baltimore Ski Club launched the first meeting of 2019 with guest speaker Chris Carhart who is the Ski Manager for Princeton Sports. Chris presented innovative ski equipment ranging from boots and bindings to skis and poles.
Guest Speaker Charlie Leocha is Chairman & Co-Founder of Travelers United, a non-profit travel advocacy group based in Washington, DC that works with Congress, Dept. of Transportation to discuss consumer issues with travel associations that represent all modes of travel to help improve consumer travel. We are now members of the Eastern Pennsylvania Ski Council. Founded in 1946 as the Pennsylvania Federation of Winter Sports Councils (later change to the Pennsylvania Ski Federation). The Blue Ridge Ski Council (BRSC) is a collection of DC, Maryland and Virginia area Ski Clubs. The Baltimore Ski Club is a member of the Blue Ridge Ski Council.
