From anatomy to symptoms to treatment, our guest speaker Rossina Ramirez with Dominion Physical Therapy LLC of Lutherville-Timonium will discuss common ski injuries and how skiers (and non-skiers) can avoid injury. She will explain how physical therapy can help strengthen the knees, and other knee health strategies.
