Ever wonder what is involved in becoming a BSC trip leader or assistant? The Baltimore Ski Club is always searching for prospective new energetic and enthusiastic trip leaders and assistants for all our future trip offerings.
Do you have what it takes to become one of our trip leaders/assistants? No experience necessary — just a desire to have fun and meet new people. Dave Karczmarek, Trips Director, will share the trip leader selection process, general responsibilities, training, incentives and benefits, and offer valuable insights into what is needed to become a trip leader and/or assistant.
