I am aware of the Baltimore Ski Club Inc. policy and penalties as they pertain to cancellations and conduct on club sanctioned trips and activities. I herewith absolve the Baltimore Ski Club Inc. from liability for any misconduct or personal injury incurred to or by myself. Furthermore I promise to conduct myself in a proper manner as set fourth in this policy and accept the prescribed consequences including possible loss of moneys for any breach of conduct or cancellation.
The Baltimore Ski Club was founded in 1947 when only the hardiest enthusiasts tackled the slopes. Much has changed in the last 75 years, but not the goals of the club.
